bathroom window and deck board
Job description
The small bathroom window has rotted right through the frame at top right, the wooden flashing and weatherboard to the right have also rotted. I had an expensive new bathroom installed only a few years ago so hope it can be done without taking out the whole window and upsetting the inside. I'm hoping it can be done just by removing the small top window (the part that opens), replacing the framing and repairing the rotten piece of weatherboard and adding new flashing. The deck board is a small job – one end has fallen down and is a trip hazard. Needs lifting, support added underneath and board replaced. It's the small board in the photo, the dark part at bottom is pushed down a couple of cm and is wobbly.
