Want to build a lean to conservatory about 10-15m2. Don't want to get a building permit. There is no floor so a deck needs to be built.

Started in early January and just finished. Took so long as he stopped work twice and went to start another job. It would have been nicer if he could have finished my job before starting another job. I increased the job by about 50%. Before starting I asked him to estimate how much it could cost. He could not estimate it and I was shocked to find out that the price had doubled when he finished. I also thought that it should have some bracing and not just rely on the hardiplank weatherboards.

"What a wanker this guy was. I informed him of previous job commitments are building the stairs and deck, but this job kept growing, adding more & more. Never again will i bust my arse for an unappreciative Ahole like him.
