Remove old fire surround and reinstate wall (double fireplaces, so rooms either side of wall). The old chimney has already been removed, but the hearth still needs taking out. Some exposed ceiling beams will have to be lengthened to make it to the new wall, and the floor will need to be made good. Restricted access down a path from the road, no driveway.
