Extending the balcony

Stage one. I have a back balcony that is 6.5 meters x 2.1 meters I want relocate the stairs to one end and widen it to 6.5 meters x 3.2meters. I am in two minds weather to buy a louvred pergola or cover the balcony with a cover steel roof??? So…Stage two I would like a quote for a roof to cover the new extended balcony. Below are pics of original balcony and what I would like done….
