Bathroom repair
Job description
Rental property -Upstairs bathroom (shower over bath with tiling). Has a slow building leak to down stairs flat toilet ceiling. Have had plumber to site and it has been diagnosed as water coming through grout and tiles Work in this bathroom is old. Recommended remedy from both plumber and a builder friend who is out of auckland and can’t complete the work. But advised and would happily take a phone call if required. Pull out bath and surrounding tiling etc repair where required re water proof and tile to standard. (Have both those Tradies but happy to use your sub contractors if that is easier) There is also concern about window placement so would welcome advise on that too. The window sill was tiled so that will need to be removed and repaired At the very least. Looking to have this work done as soon as possible. With a quote prior.

I have nothing bad to say about Christian, his team and his subcontractors. Right from the beginning communication was clear and prompt. Extremely respectful and very clean always tidying during their work to keep our tenants happy. I found the pricing to be fair and quote was very detailed. The standard of work was of a very good standard and i would not hesitate to use again for both rental property and my own home.
