Finish building small cabin

We purchased a cabin from an Auckland cabin company. Unfortunately they failed to complete the job in a reasonable time (3+ months). Under the CGA I need a builder who can finish the job and remedy a few problems with the build. You will really need to visit to assess this job. I was told by another contractor the cabin is about 50-60% done and it would take roughly 2 weeks to complete it from here. It has framing and roof up but there are issues with the foundations. There is no jib yet and the floor was partially pulled up inside to dig below for correcting piles bearers and joists.
