Front door latch and strike are not aligned (door needs to be manually lifted a couple of millimetres for the latch and deadbolt to catch and the door to close), so the door needs to be realigned.
Job would ideally be completed this week (on Wednesday 24th or Thursday 25th), or early next week (Tuesday 30th or Wednesday 31st).
