Before Christmas - Building Work - Plaster Board Fixed to Exterior of House
Job description
If you can work this week that would be appreciated, as the roofers have taken the plaster board off the walls to bring their roofing material up under the plaster of the house and the plaster board needs replacing - and the house is now exposed to the weather. I need to get it covered up quickly. At minimum if you could do a days work this week I will just cover up the exposed area with plaster board. If you have more time between now and 5 January there is four days of work available. The extra work involved is... replacing some nogging/joists and cover over with exterior plasterboard and then silicon to seal. Additionally, I have a garage which has been half lined with gib, and this needs finishing. I have the plasterboard and some of the wood - you will just need to provide fixings/screws/silicon and your own tools. It is on a second story, but easy access from a flat roof.

Craig was great to deal with. He rang promptly when the job was advertised, his team turned up on time as agreed, they worked hard, the workmanship was very good, and Craig did helpful little things like offering to remove excess building materials from the site to leave it clean and tidy. They did some internal gib work and finishing - did a bit of plastering to help me so I could get on and complete the painting and they attached some external plaster board. I would highly recommend them.
