I am renovating my 100 year old house and wish to incorporate a small sunroom into the main area. There was a door through. The wall is a bearing wall and I know I need a beam to be put in. The sunroom's ceiling is lower than the main area. I need someone who can do this. I also have talked to an architect who has worked out the size of beam needed and will give the builder his details. I am happy to do the gib board etc after the beam has been put in. Many thanks.
