Disassembly of current kitchen with Stone benches

Hi, I have bought a kitchen in Mt Eden- that needs to be disassembled on Friday 30th to 2nd November. Kitchen can be disassembled and left in the kitchen area. It has a large stone bench top. I would like it disassembled into its individual units- and the benches removed- sink etc can stay in. I also need pictures of the kitchen once disassembled. Please see photos. This will definitely need 2-3 people to remove the bench top.
