Two bed room house with concrete roof built in the 1940s located in Mount Wellington Auckland. Some of the roof framing are rotten. Rotting has been observed in four horizontal purlings ( approx 3.5m long, four of them) and a couple of rods holding the purplings. Seeking repair options and quotes.
