Bathroom - Replace bottom plate on wall and GIB work
Job description
Doing some bathroom renovations and the bottom plate in corner of bathroom where shower was is rotten from water damage - Looks to be load bearing. Needing bottom plate replaced as indicated in photos. Also possibly looking for someone to do the GIB work and keen to take quotes on this also - bathroom size is a little less than 3m x 3m. Timeframe - as soon as possible, and when able to under lock-down restrictions.

Hayden has been great to work with, very communicative and has always made time to help out even when really busy. Clearly a hard working guy, overall very friendly and positive. I have used him a couple of times now and he has been great, and full of useful tips and tricks. Will definitely keep using him!
