Repairs to Spa Pool Shed
Job description
This relates to a structure approx 4m x 4m originally built to house a spa. Some of the timber frame and all the roof needs replacing. The state of the roof is poor and is something of a hazard. If economic I would like the spa pool removed and flooring replacing the hole. All rubbish is to be removed.

Nick gave a good first impression and was a pleasure to work with throughout. He always kept in touch and explained what he was doing and I am very pleased with the outcome. Nick initially provided an estimate of the cost, but we agreed that the job would be charged on a time and materials basis, and this worked out well.
