Repair rotted window sill and frame and weather boards

The wood of one windowsill and the right hand side of the frame of the casement window is rotted as well as the end(s) of the abutting weather board (or two) have some rot. These need to have the rot cut out and repaired, preferably with wood. Please see the photos, in particular the one with the tape measure in, showing the size of the are of rot that needs to be remedied. (We want a careful job at a reasonable price that will last, NOT some slapstick "spray a bit of foam in the hole", and patch, please). If necessary, I do have an old replacement casement window that may be of help.
