Repair or replace 2 story deck

I have an old two storey villa (1900s). The two story deck wraps around two sides of the house and is in bad shape. I estimate the size of the balcony to be 25 square metres for each of top and bottom. I think it might need to be completely replaced. The railing is not balastrades but instead a criss cross pattern. It would be good to understand roughly how much it would cost to replace completely (demolition, scaffolding, new deck). Can anyone help? Thanks
