Please Read my Advert carefully and only builder's handy man available people respond Residential 3 brm brick & tile house in Mt Albert Auckland Rats in the ceiling - hear noises of rats walking on our roof they're definitely up there both day and night NOT Seeking a Pest control to keep baiting the place - been there done that many times but Rats just keep coming - We need a Permanent solution!!! No Rats inside the house thankfully! Looking for a builder / handy man to get up in our Roof via the attic stairs To block seal off any gaps / holes we just like to seal the place and stop this activity immediately. Please message if you are immediately available and able to start Weekend / any Saturday/ Sunday as that's when I am only available.
