Builder needed ASAP to uplift & replace floor in small room with plywood
Job description
Hi Builder required to uplift particle board flooring and replace with plywood flooring, as underlay and new wood flooring will be put on top. It is a small bedroom in Meadowbank - 2800 mm x 2400 mm (and there is a small wardrobe as well). Needs doing ASAP by a builder please.

Excellent work undertaken by Khan of Shoreline Builders. It is always great to work with a good builder - and one that is registered. He was very thorough, did a great job, and was reliable and communicated really well. When he said he would be there at a time, he was there. Job was assessed well and costed out and when he actually completed it, it was in less time and well within budget (below). So we were very happy. We will definitely use Khan again.
