Under-House Room Stud & GIB Work.

Under-house room conversion into laundry/storage area. Involves: 1. Lining ceiling with alu insulation roll (rolls supplied). 2. Build floor frame in raised storage area and laying of 12mm treated ply floor in same (see photo UnderHouse2). 3. Instal studs between existing stumps (for GIB). 4. Instal frame and door in wall. 5. GIB board / plaster board to walls (not ceiling). Can supply dimensions. If you have a sparky & plumber contact there is a bit of work installing lights/lights-witches/ powerpoints, and plumbing for a washing machine. Otherwise we can arrange that. Be nice to get it started in the next week or so. Potential for follow on work to expand to lining other half of under house area and also a separate garage.
