Job description
Remove existing alu sliding door at first floor level, fit new window and flashings, and repair damaged flooring and framing. Also look at flashing existing louvres in situ to deal with leaking issues. We need the work done pretty urgently please as we are about to fit new carpet. I am an architect so you will be dealing with me and also the fabricators who have been pretty helpful on options to repair and replace.

Tim and Willy were a pleasure to have working on our home - very friendly, cheerful and extremely competent and motivated. Open to discussion about the best way to proceed but no mucking around. They competently replaced an aluminium window and sorted out flashings and replaced damaged and decayed timber and cladding. Work was neat and careful. Thanks guys!
