Laundry demolition & reline

Our laundry desperately needs renovation. There’s an old hot water cylinder cupboard that needs knocking out then pull off old gib and reline the laundry area. Waterproof ready for tiling and also pull up old Lino flooring in laundry/loo/bathroom which are all in the same area. We do have a plumber we can ask if he’s available or happy to use one you suggest. We only have a 3 week window from the 19 July until 8 August to get this done as our tenant will be away.
