Kitchen renovation work, plus convert bay window, plus minor repairs

I am looking for someone to undertake work related to a kitchen renovation, plus a little additional repair work. Work includes: Kitchen * Convert a bay window into a standard window. * Repair the frame around a second window. * Remove existing cabinets from the kitchen. * Repair/replace gib on the walls (including plastering), after cabinet removal. * Remove existing tiles from the floor. * Prepare the floor for the new cabinets and new tiling, after tile removal. Other * Repair holes in wall gib in toilet (including plastering). * Replace ceiling gib in garage. * Re-nail framework in garage ceiling crawlspace. Photos attached for a frame of reference. I imagine that an on-site visit would help with understanding the scope of work to produce a quote.
