This is what we need to get done: Kilt hearts on door removed Black cladding exterior off and expose tiles Wall behind door come down Repair door in unit under stairs Fitting rooms out - and open up to window and take film off. Window on exterior back panel out Circular hole lights out and re-gib/cover Boards on wall, stripping and racks off Remove signage on stairs and outside Fluorescent two lights fitting room installation removed and take dividers out between fitting room and main store. Plaster where alarm was in corner. Mirrors removed Painting work: Paint window frame black Paint everywhere white basically Holes in ceiling fill and paint white Shelves and drawers under stairs stay but paint. Lighting Work: IKEA light upstairs leave or replace IKEA down in main area Flooring work: Carpet come up in back room - replace it with carpet. Lift flooring and seal on lower floor This would need to be carried out from the 20th of May and we would get this painted around the 29th of May.
