Villa extension - 2 bathrooms, walk in wardrobe and chimney work
Job description
Hi - we've just had our resource and building consent approved for work on a traditional high stud villa and would love to get some detailed estimates for the work. It would involve removing a brick chimney but retaining the section above the roof, addition of two bathrooms and a walk in wardrobe with a slight increase in the footprint of the house. We are keen on a company that can oversee the whole project including subtrades, that have good attention to detail to keep the extension in keeping with the villa character. Timeliness and keeping the job site tidy would be appreciated as there are two little kids in the house :) Thanks so much.

We were very happy with the quality of work and in particular the builder Nick working around our daily routines with kids, keeping to the agreed schedule and excellent communication. A few small hiccups with the subcontractor tradespeople, but overall a good experience and we would use this company again :)
