Extension

This will be a job that will happen around June/July 2019. We have a three bedroom Villa, already renovated and would like to extend 50sq metres (basically a rectangle - lounge and kitchen) at the back of the house. It's single level build on a flat site, with easy access. What I need at this stage as we draw up the plans is for a professional builder who can manage this job (including build and contractors) to estimate a best cost for the job. I understand it's vague and there will be issues/challenges to face as we progress. If this is work you do (Mt Eden, Auckland) then your response would be appreciated. Any questions fire away.
