new porch needed

i am after one or possibly two porches to be built , approx 3-4 metres high and 2-3 metres wide , attached to 1960's styles flat in single story building /block of flats looking at budget end of market however weather proof materials i.e wood, frames treated, to high level for wood rot etc attention to roof of porch to seal it , currently leaky/replace ceiling of porch if needed one side of the house in particular , so can dry clothes at least on one side of house , also cladding of windows could be a corrugagted ,light- white ish colour plastic or similar material thats available these days to block out 70% of suns rays etc with durability in terms of say 7-10 years life span of the plastic or similar material must be able to be wiped down to remove mould etc . so large ish to medium corrugations this would be to repalce exhisting old opaque windows to view the property next friday morning , or quote with owner absent , mon-fri day time 9-5 morningside area also need exhisting porch removed please also quote if this is a major job just to replace rotting wood and re putty windows in both sides thanks
