Underhouse rotten timber replacement

I require a builder to undertake repairs underneath the house where rotten timber needs replacing. A section of timber (approx 2500mm) that sits on top of concrete base (timber base plate?) has rotted and needs replacing. This is located at the far end of the house from the access point. Work height where the rot is about 350 mm (access to this point is higher). Also need inspection of a couple of piles that have taken water damage and may need some sort of repair. See photos.
