Annual Building Contract

We require a building company to subcontract our renovation and building maintenance work to for the period of July 1st to June --- . You must have at least 10 full time builders on your staff ( not subcontact) be able to price accuratley for renovation work ,including kitchens , bathrooms and be able to start all projects on the date we request. You should also have the ability to cope with maintenance building works as well.Our company works Auckland wide and is proud of our continual growth despite the recession. Being a registered master builder is an advantage. We offer a 12 month contract worth up to $ 250k for the right company with a can do attitude who wants to build their buisness as a sole supplier to our company long term. Labour only or whatever suits both companies.Small and self employed builders not required sorry.
