Removing front door entrance and building a new entrance

Hi I'd like an entrance built to a 70s unit as shown in the attached picture. I've attached two photos of the current one and another photo of how I'd like it built (with stained wood). Also need the current door entrance removed in next week if possible (not the build just the removal) as have exterior paint booked on 20 November.
