The exterior utility room is less than 10 Square metres, but a little high, and close to the fence line. Looking for a builder to amend the structure to fit council requirements. Probably knocking the roof off, shunting(!?) it over a bit, and putting on a new roof at the maximum height allowed. (Probably 3.5m ish, not 4)
