General reno/ building work

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves: 1. Carport roofing replacement work: Colour steel roofing and flashings, all new joists, reinstall existing gutter and downpipe. 2. French doors to external wall conversion: removal of French doors, new framing and wall cladding to match the rest of the house, insulation, GIB stopping. 3. Wardrobe: installation of wall to ceiling plasterboard sliding doors and frame. this will involve moving a door frame by approx. 200mm. Please include all materials in the quote.
