Exterior building tasks

We need a builder to come and help tidy up the exterior of our house. The builders that built the house about 12 years ago clearly did not finish it well and we want to get it up to scratch. Jobs include; Fixing scribers and flashings around windows, corner fascias removed and replaced, adding a soffit under the porch roof over the deck, fixing up some other rough areas of the house. We would ideally like to get this all done before xmas so we can paint the exterior. Prefer labour only but we can discuss this.
