Reverse opening of lounge door

We want to change the opening of our lounge door so I opens out to the indoor garage. This would make space to place stereo speakers in the corner.

Door would need to be placed on the other side of the door frame and a new hold for the latch created.

The current frame will need to be repaired and pained ( we have paint) including filling holes for hinge screws and door latch.
