Balcony alternation

I want to enclose our balcony to create an interior space. The width is 265cm, height 141cm, depth 92cm. Work involved includes:

• Enclose the balcony with window joinery.
• Removal of the existing door and windows to the balcony
• Remove the left balcony wall and extend the floor across the gap if possible
• Make the balcony floor the same level as the interior room
• Cover the textured walls with thin plasterboard so they are smooth, as the balcony will become an interior space

I have attached pictures from my neighbour's balcony alteration. They have the exact same layout, so I want the end result to pretty much look the same.
