Pergola dismantle, relocate and reinstall with paving – Mt Eden to Sandringham

Job Description

I have an existing pergola currently installed at a property in Mt Eden that needs to be carefully dismantled, transported, and reinstalled at my rental property at Sandringham Road.

The pergola will be reinstalled onto a raised existing concrete deck area. Some adjustments or modifications may be required to suit the layout and conditions of the new site.

Scope of work includes:

Careful dismantling of the existing pergola at the Mt Eden property

Transporting the pergola components to Sandringham Road

Preparing the new area for installation

Laying paving stones for the flooring / deck surface on the raised concrete area

Modifying or adjusting the pergola structure if required to suit the new space

Reinstalling and securing the pergola properly to ensure it is safe, stable, and weather resistant

Final finish to ensure the pergola sits nicely and looks tidy and professional

I am looking for an experienced specialist in pergola installation / outdoor structures / decking or paving who can manage this as a turnkey project from start to finish.
