Hi I am assisting a friend with the sale of their property and am coordinating the replacement of external deck and stair balustrades/handrails to meet building-code consent requirements. The property is located in Meadowbank. The scope includes several complexities that are best assessed on site. Including not destroying to much Greenery (see photos) I would appreciate being contacted to arrange a site visit after which providing a quotation.
