Build exterior storage room

I am looking to get an exterior storage room built on the side of our house, beneath our second storey deck. The room dimensions would be roughly 2.5m long x 1.4m wide x 2.45 high (to under top deck). It would start from the back and come out to near the window. I would like the following: - Exterior storage room with exterior walls that are the same material as our current house exterior walls. - Built well, as a permanent addon. Must match the look of our house. - Roller or swing doors with a modern look such as thick horizontal panels or something similar. - Drainage considered and added if required. If necessary, a concrete base added. - Shelving and tool shelves added. Please let me know if you have any questions.
