We are in the proces of renovating a 1960's house we just purchased. We have just taken out the gas fireplace as we will not be using it and are going to re-gib the whole interior. I am wanting someone to remove the gas flue that is left in the chimney and then seal off the top of the the Chimney where it comes out. I am also wanting a builder to frame the front of the Chimney inside the lounge so I can gib over it.
