Draftsmen needed for loft conversion on 200sqm home 2

Hi there, I've purchased a 2005 built, 2 bedroom, 3 living area home with a large footprint in Rakaia and want to extend up into the attic. Ideally I'd like to add two bedrooms and a bathroom up there to maximize my ROI but I need your help! I'd like to hear from experienced tradies who can come out to the property this week to measure up and then draw up plans. Please be clear about the potential costs for renovation plans if you apply so I can compare. Thanks
