Block wall

We need a masonary block wall built. It is 4.5 metres wide x 1.5 metres high. We want a very good finish so we are wanting a qualified tradesperson please. We are wanting the wall in a "stacked" finish and a darker coloured grout. We need someone to construct this mid November.
