Block walls for garden gate

Have two 1.8 m high concrete block walls to build either side of garden path. One block wall would be 730 cm wide. Other block wall on other side of path would be 1600cm wide. Need a footing with drain holes to allow garden rain water seepage. Intend walls to have Corten steel gate suspended between. Gate itself be a different job. Have already approx 1m of builders mix on the property plus one bag of cement mix of that can contribute to footing. Be good to get this done to finalise landscaping for the home. Pic shows path. One wall between dwelling and path. Other wall (the 1600 cm one) between other side of path and fence.
