blockwork , concert slab pouring on top floor

this is renovation in wellington city . the builder has completed footing and done half of the block wall . and COA has been issued for it . we have received the BC approved this week to start the pending work on it - waterproof the block wall , and complete the block wall which has been half complete - fill the back of the block wall . - pour a new slab on first level . ( builder has done all the boxing for it already and cleaned the site as well ) approx size of the basement where the block wall is u shape . 10m * 8 m * 10 m length . 2.5 high . below is the link for approved BC documents --- ---
