At 12, Brooklyn Road, Aro Valley, Wellington, on the right side of the house, there is a small partially bricked area. The work is to finish the job. The area is wedge –shaped, and widest at the front (1 meter); it then narrows down towards the back. Length is about 5.4 metres; the first 2 meters or so has bricks, the rest does not. Please see attached photos. Useable bricks are on the premises (by the shed) There are also more bricks (+ pavers) available for use at another property in Berhampore. The stages, as I see it: The Front part: Make the current bricks (at the front), level with the surrounding earth (by digging down a bit). The Back part: The earth at the back will need to be levelled. It will need to be dig down a bit to accommodate new bricks. One layer of black PVC, placed over the earth to stop weeds, and then the new bricks. Maybe a “weed –inhibitor” between the bricks? OR: we could redo the whole area in pavers, which are in Berhampore I will need advice on this. I want to end up with a level, bricked or paved area, which does nor let weeds through. Happy to discuss Regards, Russell --- ---
