Job description
Hi, I have 3 loosened bricks to be refix urgently. Two of them are fixed to the rainwater down pipe hangers, one screw on each brick. Work is at first floor level. Scope of work 1 Remove affected brick, loosened mortar and rwdp hanger screws 2 Remove bricks and loosened mortar 3 Reapply mortar and fix back bricks 4 Pointing and refix hanger screw. New screws will be needed. 5 Clean up excess mortar.

Gary completed his job with great level of professionalism. Time is of no essence here as Gary would like to do a good job for me which he did beyond my expectations. Good and honest tradesman. He was able to give me a price which I accepted before proceeding with the job unlike others.
