I have an outside cinder block wall which steps down 1/3 of the way along, I want to even this up so the height is the same. It's 25 blocks in total.

Very happy with Elwyn’s work....gave me some good advice on making it look better also which I took him up on... He actually fixed a section of the wall a previous block layer had semi finished and some additions, Elwyn did twice as much for the same cost as the last guy so very happy and would highly recommend...
