Repair?

Hi there, I’m wondering if you could help, I am currently selling my house in Woodend and a building report has been carried out, an issue with the brickwork has come up. (See photo) The exposed aggregate part of the drive was replaced with EQC claims. The house was built in 1995. Are you able to advise what would or could be done in this situation and how much..
