Plastered wall

I need a block wall built, 1.8 or 2.0 metres high, with a crank handle shape when viewed from above, the three lengths to be 3 m, 2.6 m and 2.7 m - total length 8.3 with two right angle bends! Foundation etc all needed, as is a plaster finish to match an existing house.
