Brick fence repair

masonry is old and brick fence has come away from the letterbox which is meant to be supporting the fence. So the fence is wobbly and not very stable. Also the top brick is just sitting there so the masonry isn't holding it in. House was built in 1994 so assume this brickwork is original from then.
