Garden/reserve partition brick wall

We need a brick garden wall about 17 to 20 metres long and about 70 cm high to partition our side lawn from adjoining council reserve. The land is flat on either side of the intended wall - i.e it is not a retaining wall. The wall is to comprise support columns (1.2m high) at each end with possibly 2 intermediate columns for appearance. Attached to the front wall column we intend to have a 1m high aluminum picket fence and gate (probably purchased from Mitre10) to run from this column to the front corner of the house. A distance of approx 3 m. Our timing is flexible but would like completion as soon as reasonably possible.
