Block and plaster landscape low walls

Hi there, we are looking at five low block and rendered (plastered?) walls. The dimensions are 600mm high by: two x 2800mm, one x 2500mm, one x 2400mm and one x2000mm (each wall in one block deep). We want all aspects quoted including footings, steel, blocks back filled with cement, plaster. We will complete the painting.
