Concrete tiles to be re cemented onto concrete blocks

We had blocks laid as a retaining wall and cemented on top were concrete tiles. The tiles however were poorly cemented at the time and are now all loose. We want them cemented back on as this acts as a mowing strip. Its involves a couple hours work. We have a bag of cement. Just need the expertise of a good block layer to refix them to the concrete blocks.There is about 30 metres of refixing of tiles to be done.It would be great to get this job done asap. Thanks.
